Digital UV printing

The machine used for digital UV printing is an industrial UV ink jet of flatbed type, which uses the UV colour and continuous UV drying. The print format is 50 x 60 cm with a maximum height of 5 cm. Thanks to the resolution of up to 1200 x 2400 dpi it is possible to print both full colour photo quality motifs using raster graphics and vector graphics motifs onto promotional lighters, openers, clocks and many other items having all the same height and no juts. It is an ideal technology for printing onto golf balls.

This technology makes possible even printing with highly opaque white ink, with which we can print on dark and transparent items. Thanks to UV technology the surface of the printed item needn’t be pre-treated with a coating. The printed items can be immediately shipped to the customer, and does not need to dry as e.g. two-component paint.
