Flock

The principle of the flock technique is printing dispersive adhesive onto the target item using a silk screen and then spraying onto it a flock, which adheres only to the glued area. The other parts of the textile are either brushed off or vacuum cleaned. Multi-coloured logos can be printed using this technology, but it does not allow the accurate colour register or fine detail printing.  

Printing is possible onto all types of textile materials (t-shirts, caps, backpacks, bags from non-woven textile, etc.).
