Screen printing is a method with a long tradition and is frequently used even today, when digital printing technology has gained a firm position in the field of printing technologies.
There are two main types of this printing technology.
With this printing technology the logo is transferred using a screen printing stencil and a printing squeegee. We use both manual screen printing and semi-automatic machines, which significantly increase the quality and production of the printing. In order to attain high printing quality on a broad range of material it is very important to choose an optimal type of printing ink. When printing on non-absorbent material we use various types of conventional colours. Depending on the type and surface finishing of the items to be printed we use single component, two component or special paints. More and more we use UV printing inks, the quality of which is significantly increasing every year.
Textile items are printed either with water-based paints or with plastisol painting inks. Plastisol paints allow the printing of fully coloured patterns, both using the CMYK system and Pantone Matching System, and printing of various effects, such as 3D prints, puff effects, printing with glitter, leather imitation or the effect of very old, cracked print.

The rotary screen printing technique is used for printing onto cylindrical objects. The motif is transferred to the printed object in the same way as in the screen printing process, using a screen printing stencil and a printing squeegee. The rotary screen printing is used for printing onto ballpoint pens, mugs, ashtrays, glasses, etc. The advantage of this technology is the possibility of using multi-coloured printing on almost all the girth of cylindrical items, provided the object has a locking point so it can be repeatedly placed in the machine.
