Transfer

In this procedure a silk screen is used but the logo motif is printed like a mirror image onto a transfer (special) paper. For this printing method various types of transfer paper are used, depending on the type of ink, the character of the logo and the material to be printed on.  

The transfer print technology is ideal for printing onto textile materials, natural, synthetic, or mixed fabric. The quality and type of used inks are very important with this method, so we use inks by world-renowned manufacturers, such as Wilflex, Union Ink and QCM.

When printed on the special paper motifs are applied onto t-shirts, caps, bags, backpacks, etc. using pneumatic or hand-operated transfer presses. The advantage of this method is the bright shine of colours, an interesting surface after the application of the logo and high washing resistance. Another advantage is the possibility of printing complicated motifs and creating colourful images on various textile products using the Pantone Matching System. This technique, in contrast with direct printing, where we are limited by the machine capacity, enables us to print with an unlimited number of colours. It is especially suitable for recurrent orders.
